Return
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Returned items must be in new condition, meaning they are unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges
- We do accept product exchanges under the same conditions as returns.
- Exchange requests must also be made within the 30-day return window.
Return Method
- Returns are accepted by mail only.
- We do not support in-store or drop-off location returns.
Return Shipping Label
- A prepaid return label will be provided, which you can download and print.
- There is no cost to you for the return shipping label.
Restocking Fee
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact our support team at contact@zivtime.com with your order number and reason for return, with images of the current item status.
- We will send you a downloadable return label.
- Print and attach the label to your package and drop it off with the designated carrier.
- Once we receive the returned item in new condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
We will send you an email notification once we receive your returned package.
Refund
Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 6 business days from receipt of the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Currency
- All refunds will be processed in USD. The amount will automatically convert to your local currency if you used one.
Late or missing refund (if any)
If a refund is not received within 6 business days, please check in turn according to the instructions:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your debit/credit card issuer
- Contact your bank
